Description
See attached: web.assets_backend.css.gz
The whole file is compilation of other css files, and there is culprit, that makes browser to ignore some styles from that css file above:
/* /shatatel_razmetki/static/src/css/styles.css */
.somestyle1 {
.somestyle2 {
}
First style misses closing "}" bracket.

Research direction
Start with the attached web.assets_backend.css.gz and inspect the embedded /shatatel_razmetki/static/src/css/styles.css, which contains the missing closing brace. Trace how the validator handles this malformed input and run the relevant validation checks; done means the sample is reported as invalid rather than accepted as correct.
