Description
The draft N'ko Layout Requirements document shows diacritic placement varying in vertical position in relation to the base letter. This is incorrect, even though this is how it is implemented in Noto.
Incorrect:

It is our understanding that the diacritics should all be placed at the same height. This was something that we discussed with WODN when developing Kigelia. I have just reconfirmed this with Solo Farabado.
