Description
Currently SW Editor draft and Candidate Recommendation draft are out of sync as automation isn't working due few broken links in the document that need to be fixed, broken anchors, most coming from concepts from HTML that were removed/modified.
This issue is created to track the fixes so it can publish automatically in future.

Research direction
Compare the Service Worker Editor's Draft at w3c.github.io/ServiceWorker/ with the Candidate Recommendation draft at www.w3.org/TR/service-workers/. Start by locating the broken links and anchors reported by the automation, especially references to changed HTML concepts. Done means the document links resolve and automation can publish the Editor's Draft as a Candidate Recommendation draft.
