Description

While crawling File API, the following links to other specifications were detected as pointing to non-existing anchors, which should be fixed:

Research direction

Search the File API source for the reference to https://mimesniff.spec.whatwg.org/#parsable-mime-type and inspect the current anchor in the MIME Sniffing specification. Update the broken reference to a valid target, then verify that the File API no longer reports the link as pointing to a non-existing anchor.
