Description
Currently, vxc --run or vxc --execute executes MLIR directly through the LLVM lli interpreter without passing it through standard LLVM optimization (opt). We need to wire the MLIR get_optimization_pipeline and opt -O3 into jit::execute_mlir to properly measure kernel fusion overhead and benchmark performance.
