Right-click menu on site logo should link to Brand Assets page

Description:
I was looking for the Vue logo and wanted to find the official brand assets, but couldn’t easily locate them. Many people just download the image from the navbar and reuse it without checking brand guidelines and assets. Adding a direct link to the Brand Assets page from right clicking on the logo would help users find the official assets and guidelines more quickly.

Proposed behavior:

• Right-clicking the site logo should redirect to the brand assets page.

Motivation / examples:

• This would reduce misuse of the logo and make it easier for contributors to find correct resources.
