Description

We would like to create a cookbook recipe on how to integrate a blog into Vue app using ButterCMS.
The V2 cookbook has already a recipe on this topic so we would like to make one for the new cookbook with all current best practices. We have already tried to create a PR with the recipe but it did not meet the expectations for the V3 cookbook recipes. We would like to know what are the expectation of the recipes so we could create the best version for the recipe to be included into the cookbook.

Research direction

Read the linked V2 serverless-blog recipe and review the attempted PR #1137 first. Compare that material with the current V3 cookbook recipes to identify the expected structure and best practices; done means a complete CMS-powered blog recipe that meets those expectations and is suitable for inclusion.
