Description
Since the latest update v3.5.*, I'm unable to browse through different Vue apps on a page in Firefox. The app list does not show up anymore, and I can't access the apps dropdown in the Vue icon menu. This issue is not present in the Chrome version. I wonder if there's any chance this is a feature and not really a bug, but I couldn't find a setting to enable the list of Apps.
Here are a couple of screenshots for comparison:

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in Firefox using the Vue Devtools components tab and compare it with the Chrome behavior shown in the screenshots. Trace why the app list and Vue icon menu dropdown are missing; done means Firefox lets users browse multiple Vue apps as Chrome does.
