Description
In the business scenario, logging out will clear the localstorage, resulting in the settings needing to be reset again.
In the development scenario, debugging often also clears the localstorage.
If the settings can be exported to a.local file, there will be no these problems.

Research direction
Start by locating the devtools settings persistence entry point and how settings are stored in localStorage. Define the export format and the import or restore flow, then verify that settings can be recovered after logout or development debugging clears localStorage.
