Description
Not sure why, but when using Nuxt I get 4 apps.
The first one is <nuxt-devtools-inspect-panel>.
The second is <div id="nuxt-devtools-container" data-v-inspector-ignore="true"><nuxt-devtools-frame></nuxt-devtools-frame></div>.
Could it be a good idea to work with the Nuxt team to hide these or name them properly ?
But the actual problem is that both App 3 and App 4 are my actual app.
Why is it displayed twice 🤔
Selecting one will always select the other as you can see from the green highlight.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue with a Nuxt application and inspect the Devtools app list, focusing on why the actual application appears as both App 3 and App 4 while selecting either highlights the same app. Compare the listed Nuxt Devtools entries with the application entry. Done means the actual app is shown once, with the Devtools entries handled consistently.
