Description
After recent FreeCAD update, program was not opening.
Cleared ~/.cache, ~/.config, ~/.local/share configurations, FreeCAD opened.
But when I try to open Add-on Manager, it keeps crashing saying:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the crash in FreeCAD 1.0.2_11 when opening the Add-on Manager, after noting that clearing the listed configuration directories affects startup. Investigate the SIGSEGV and the recent package update; the work is done when the Add-on Manager opens reliably and the cause and verification steps are documented.
