Expected behaviour

I should be able to install extensions from the Visual Studio Marketplace without errors.

Actual behaviour

Cannot install 'Any extension' because Code - OSS cannot verify the extension signature

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Code - OSS
2. Go to Extensions
3. Search for any extension (e.g. "Python")
4. Click "Install"
5. Error appears:

   Cannot install 'Any extension' because Code - OSS cannot verify the extension signature

Reproduce the failure in Code - OSS 1.100.2_1 by following the listed Extensions steps and trying the Python extension. Read the linked upstream, Manjaro, and Arch packaging reports for relevant context; done means extensions can be installed without the signature-verification error on Void.
