Research direction

Start by locating the existing gtk3 and pgtk Emacs package definitions in the repository and compare how their build options are expressed. Check how the requested --with-x-toolkit=lucid variant would fit those definitions, then verify that the emacs-lucid package builds successfully and provides the requested Lucid support.
