Description

GNU Jami is a decentralized/p2p end to end encrypted messaging program with capabilities including but not limited to file sharing, audio/video calls, and screenshare

There was a request for this a few years ago but it seems to have been closed/gone stale - hoping Jami can be added this time around as it is now in a stable/released state

Does the requested package meet the package requirements?

Compiled

Is the requested package released?

Research direction

Review the package requirements in the issue and the Jami homepage at https://jami.net/ to confirm the released, compiled project details. Then inspect existing package requests and the void-packages packaging conventions; done means Jami is added as an installable package with its requirements satisfied.
