Description

I'd like to use Void on some ARMv7 hardware like Orange Pi PC+ and Wandboard but unfortunately linux and linux-lts packages are not build for armv7 arch right now. Is there a reason for that? Why not to provide a generic kernel build for other boards like it is done for AArch64? While Void Linux is not specifically intended for SBCs like Armbian but I really like it more because of systemd-less design, musl support and overall usability

P.S. I've had success of running Void Linux (musl) with generic kernel (linux & linux-lts) on a Nanopi R4S board which is AArch64 and plan to write a short guide for that later on. While there are some board specific bugs, the standard kernel build from Void repo works perfectly fine on this board
