Research direction
Reproduce the issue with recoll-1.37.4_1 by searching for results, then clicking Open and Next while capturing the terminal errors. Compare the bad URL messages for file:/// and n-1 with Recoll's expected result navigation behavior. Done means both opening a result and moving to the next results page work without those errors.
