Actual behaviour

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'mate-volume-control-applet'

Steps to reproduce
  1. Open MATE tweak
  2. Choose another panel configuration
  3. Panel didn't changed

If create symlink ln -s /bin/echo /usr/bin/mate-volume-control-applet then it`s work.
