Research direction

Start by reproducing the problem with kteatime-23.04.2_1: launch kteatime from a terminal, open Configure notifications from the tray icon, and trigger the test sound. Use the reported “kf.notifyconfig: Failed to play sound with canberra: File or data not found” message to investigate the package’s notification audio setup. Done means the default notification sound plays without that error.
