HandBrake should support 10bit encoding and nvenc encoding

HandBrake doesn't support 10bit encoding and nvenc encoding

Steps to reproduce
  1. Install handbrake
  2. Open HandBrake
  3. Choose Video tab
  4. Open dropdown list for Video encoder
  5. H.264 10-bit (x264), H.265 10-bit (x265) and H.264 NVENC options are not there
