Description
opencomic is better than the other comic readers I have used. It is very easy to turn on double page and inverted mode for reading manga and the entire application looks nice. Unlike other comic readers which open .cbz files, this one works with image files like .jpg.
I think it meets the system requierment but I'm not sure, I don't really understand what it means.
Does the requested package meet the package requirements?

Research direction
The issue requests an opencomic package and links to the upstream OpenComic project, but names no package file or test. Start by reviewing Void's package requirements and the upstream project to identify the packaging entry point. Done means a compliant opencomic package is added and validated.
