Expected behavior

Picture-In-Picture mode should allow resize and move it around.

Actual behavior

Picture-in-Picture mode crashes the browser entirely once it is popped out and if I click anywhere on the browser or the P-i-P floating window.

Opening the Picture-in-picture mode in any video playing website, like Youtube.
