Description
Just noticed OWL has no release yet. Will have to wait then...
OpenDrop is a command-line tool that allows sharing files between devices directly over Wi-Fi. Its unique feature is that it is protocol-compatible with Apple AirDrop which allows to share files with Apple devices running iOS and macOS. Why package it?
- As far as I know it's currently the only convenient way of interfacing with Apple devices on Linux.
- Quite a lot of people use iPhones.
The package might be troublesome to implement as it requires OpenSSL. It also requires an open re-implementation of Apple's Wireless Direct Link (AWDL) such as the projects own implementation OWL.

Research direction
Review the linked AUR PKGBUILD files for opendrop and owlink-git, then investigate the stated OpenSSL and OWL/AWDL requirements. Done would mean a Void package definition for OpenDrop with its dependencies and integration requirements resolved.
