Description

Source: https://github.com/linuxmint/folder-color-switcher
License: GPLv3

It works as a file manager extension that lets users change specific folder colors. Folders that were configured with this show up as a default file icon without it. I think it may require Mint themes to work, so it would make sense to do #18357 first.

Research direction

Review the upstream folder-color-switcher repository linked in the issue and check issue #18357 about Mint themes before starting. Determine the Void package metadata and build requirements from current repository conventions; done means the extension is packaged and installs successfully with its required theme support.
