Description

The network section main page has a section "dhcpcd". IMO, this should be moved out into a subpage just like the rest of the network handlers are.

In addition, when I set up my most recent void system, I had trouble linking wpa_supplicant with dhcpcd and just relied on my other system's configuration to make sure I got it right.

It requires either the linking or copying 10-wpa_supplicant to /usr/libexec/dhcpcd-hooks from /usr/share/dhcpcd/hooks. I believe this is void-specific and belongs in the handbook, especially given that void has dhcpcd enabled by default. This is in Arch's Wiki (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Dhcpcd#10-wpa_supplicant) but has different paths to void.

Research direction

Locate the network section main page and the existing subpages for network handlers, then review how the dhcpcd section is organized. Verify the relationship between /usr/share/dhcpcd/hooks/10-wpa_supplicant and /usr/libexec/dhcpcd-hooks, and use the Arch Wiki reference for context. Done means dhcpcd has its own subpage and the Void-specific wpa_supplicant setup is documented.
