问题1、用wkhtmltopdf导出PDF时，有一定几率出现部分图片没有被导出。
问题2、我是从2.2升级到2.7.1的，感觉打开一个md文件较之前慢了很多。打开一个大约需要10秒左右。目前md文件大约100个左右（附件较多）。
