Research direction

Start with the reported Ansible vmware_guest invocation and the pyvmomi repository context, then trace how the module maps the pool value into the vSphere specification. Done means establishing what spec.pool refers to and recording a clear explanation or documentation update, but the issue does not name a file or test.
