Description

Consider:

gui_unattended = vim.vm.customization.GuiUnattended()
gui_unattended.timeZone = 35
gui_unattended.autoLogon = False

Shouldn't there be a way to set the timezones that doesn't involve using raw numbers?

Research direction

Start by examining the GuiUnattended customization object and its timeZone field, using the example in the issue as the entry point. Determine how timezone values are defined by the VMware vSphere API and what a non-numeric interface should provide. Done would require an agreed API design and corresponding coverage, but the issue does not name files or tests.
