Research direction

Reproduce the report with ovftool 4.3.0 and photon-custom-hw13-2.0-304b817.ova, then inspect the appliance metadata around the ExtraConfig entries for firmware and uefi.secureBoot.enabled. Trace where those values are generated or consumed and verify the result by rerunning the same command without the reported warnings.
