Describe the bug

When we run Remove-HoloDeckInstance it doesn't delete vcfinstaller VM therefore redeployment fails with error duplicate name exists
we have to manually delete this VM from ESXi/vcenter

Reproduction steps
  1. Run Remove-HoloDeckInstance...
  2. this doesn not delete vcfinstaller..vm
  3. redeployment fails
Expected behavior

vcfinstaller VM should get auto deleted as part of Holodeck instance removal so that we don't need to manually delete it
