Description

GitHub now has a feature whereby default community files can be set for all repos under an org using the special .github repo.

Tasks:

  • Create .github repos for all organizations that VMware manages
  • CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
  • SECURITY.md
  • CONTRIBUTING.md
