Description
The page is no different from the search page. It would be better to either remove it or make it more useful, for example, by providing more detailed information about popular packages, new releases, and so on, not limited to the top 10.

Research direction
The issue names the “browser packages” button and its page, but no files or tests. Start by locating that page and comparing it with the search page; a completed change would either remove the button or define and implement a more useful view with information beyond the top 10 packages.
