#37 にも関連しますが、Note, Warning, Careful等の訳を整理した方がよいのではないかと思います。
（3つとも「注意」と訳してある場合もあったりするので。）
以下のようにしたいと思いますがどうでしょう。
- Note: Noteのまま（シンタックスハイライトが効くので）
- Warning: 警告
- Careful: 注意
