Description

Similar to the work done to export a module, a browser bundle and a web component for the MoQ player, this issue explores the idea to to the same with the web publisher.

We cloud rename the lib folder to "moq-player" (or "moq-suscriber") and create a new "moq-pusblisher" with its own samples

Research direction

Start by examining the existing lib folder, the MoQ player’s exported module, browser bundle, web component, and their samples. Compare that structure with the web publisher and clarify whether the work requires renaming the current library, adding a separate publisher library, or both; done should include agreed package names, exports, and publisher samples.
