Description
Hi, I am using ncc to build TypeScript scripts into a single JS file, is there a way to add the Node shebang line #! /usr/bin/env node to the generated file? This way they would behave more as executable.

No file or test is named in the issue. Start by locating ncc's generated-file output path and how the bundled JavaScript text is assembled. Done means generated scripts begin with #! /usr/bin/env node and behave as executable Node.js scripts.
