Description

It would be great if ncc supports jsconfig.json out of the box.

jsconfig.json is a descendant of tsconfig.json, which is a configuration file for TypeScript. jsconfig.json is tsconfig.json with "allowJs" attribute set to true.

Research direction

Start by locating ncc's existing tsconfig.json handling and tracing how configuration files are discovered. Compare the requested jsconfig.json behavior with the issue's description of jsconfig.json, then verify that a JavaScript project using it is accepted out of the box. The issue does not name specific files or tests.
