Description
We would love to move to zeit but are bootstrapping our own TypeScript modules using Lerna. We want to extract the sourcemap information in our locally imported modules to include them in the generated sourcemap. We are currently using the webpack plugin: 'source-map-loader' to do this.
Any chance of you guys providing this kind of facility?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating ncc's sourcemap generation and imported-module handling, then compare the requested behavior with webpack's source-map-loader; done means sourcemaps from local TypeScript modules are included in the generated sourcemap.
