Description

I envision being able to click a menu item or hit a hotkey (like Cmd+Shift+?) and be shown all keyboard shortcuts. After we add ability to customize keyboard shortcuts, this would show shortcuts as currently configured. Maybe this could also show commands that currently don't but could have keyboard shortcuts.

Research direction

Start by locating the menu and keyboard-shortcut handling for Hyper's terminal interface. Define how the proposed menu item or Cmd+Shift+? entry point should present all available shortcuts, including their configured bindings. Done means users can open the view and see the currently available shortcuts; no files or tests are named in the issue.
