How to clear terminal after you've already exited - Windows PC

Issue

I've downloaded and used Hyper to complete my 2022 Web Development course through Udemy, however after completing a module I forgot to quit or "clear" the terminal after using MongoDB so the next time I opened up my Hyper terminal, I tried to "cd web development" and I type in "cd we" and hit "tab" to let it finish the rest automatically as it usually does and it does nothing. I even typed in "cd web development" and it still does nothing. I've looked in the Q&A on the Udemy course, googled how to clear your terminal after you've already exited, etc. This is a Windows PC and I cannot find an answer. I've just redownloaded to the latest version and still nothing.

The issue names no source file, test, or implementation entry point. Start by reproducing the reported tab-completion behavior with Hyper 3.2.3 on Windows using the provided Git Bash shell configuration. Done would require a confirmed, reproducible Hyper behavior and a specified change.
