Can't build from sources in Ubuntu. Log:

Research direction
Reproduce the failure with yarn on Ubuntu 20.04 from a clone of Hyper's master branch. Inspect target/node_modules/native-process-working-directory/binding.gyp and the node-gyp invocation shown in the log, then verify that electron-builder install-app-deps completes without the openssl_fips error.
