Still every tab is cmd.exe
Hyper version: 3.0.2

Start by reproducing the behavior in Hyper 3.0.2 with the shown shell setting and inspect why new tabs still launch cmd.exe. Done means new tabs launch PowerShell as configured; the issue provides no source file or test to target.
