Description

I'm seeing a strange issue on the Linux version of Hyper that I can't explain. With all plugins removed and quick edit disabled, when the screen buffer starts to scroll it becomes difficult to select the line directly above the cursor. This is only ever the line directly above and only after the cursor reaches the bottom enabling scrolling.

This issue exists at 3.0.2 and 3.1.0 canary 4.

Research direction

Reproduce on Linux with all plugins removed and quick edit disabled, using the scrolling scenario described in the issue. Compare Hyper 3.0.2 and 3.1.0 canary 4; the issue is done when the line directly above the cursor remains selectable after the screen buffer starts scrolling.
