Description
- I am on the latest Hyper.app version
- I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate
- OS version and name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18363 Build 18363
- Hyper.app version: 3.0.2

- The issue is reproducible in vanilla Hyper.app:

Lines are duplicated when window of pane is resized vertically(watch gif below).
P.S.
I saw the same issue on Mac, but i don't use Iterm, i'm using bash on kali linux subsystem for windows.

Research direction
Reproduce the duplicate-line behavior by vertically resizing a Hyper.app pane on Windows 10, using the attached GIF as the reference. Compare the behavior with the linked Mac issue 554; done means vertical resizing no longer duplicates terminal lines.
