[x ] I am on the latest Hyper.app version
[ x] I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate
OS version and name: Windows 10 WSL w/ zsh 5.4.2 (x86_64-ubuntu-linux-gnu), antigen (latest)
Hyper.app version: 3.0.2 (stable), hyperterm theme: hyper-iceberg. also happens with, hyperterm-gotham, hyper-solarized-dark

Colors are washed out To contrast, when I open vim equipped with the matching color scheme (without :set termguicolors), there is a big difference.
How do I fix the colors? I previously saw an answer mentioning TERM=xterm-256color not sure if that is related
