Issue
The issue is this:

On macOS, if using a input method, I can type Chinese, after I push the 'caps lock' button, I should be able to type lower case letters directly.
But in the current Hyper app, if I am using the input method typing Chinese, after I push the 'caps lock' button, the letters I typed are all CAP ones.

Research direction
Reproduce the behavior on macOS Mojave 10.14.5 with Hyper 3.0.2 using an input method, then trace the desktop input and Caps Lock handling in the Hyper app. Done means lowercase letters are produced after switching from Chinese input and pressing Caps Lock, while ordinary Caps Lock behavior remains intact.
