Issue
Duplicates of DownloadinDownloadinDownloadinDownloadinDownloadinDownloadinDownloading printed on screen when downloading packages from PHP package manager like composer.
This issues only happened in Hyper but not other terminal apps I tested like Cmder and Git Bash.

Reproduce a Composer package download in Hyper 3.0.2 on Windows 10 and compare the progress output with Cmder or Git Bash. Then trace Hyper's terminal output and progress-update handling to find why “Downloading” is duplicated; done means Composer progress text renders once without corruption.
