Description
- OS version and name: Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon
- Hyper.app version: 2.1.0
- Link of a Gist with the contents of your .hyper.js: I have added
plugins: [ 'verminal' ]as the only change in .hyper.js file

Changing themes updates the terminal color but not the highlights. E.g.: following is what I see for verminal
