Issue

MRU stands for Most Recently Used. Some examples: Firefox supports it with Ctrl_Tab, and as I found out Atom does as well.

Research direction

Start by locating Hyper's tab-switching and keyboard shortcut entry points, then check how Ctrl+Tab currently selects tabs. Done means Ctrl+Tab switches tabs in most-recently-used order, with behavior consistent with the requested Firefox and Atom examples and covered by appropriate tests.
