Description
Hyper opens in the same position it was closed. Does not open on the display where the cursor is currently (the active display). Is there a way to change this?
- OS version and name: Linux Mint 18.3

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are identified. Reproduce the window-opening behavior on Linux with the reported Hyper version, then trace the desktop window-placement flow. Done means Hyper opens on the display containing the cursor rather than restoring only its previous display position.
