- I am on the latest Hyper.app version
- I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate
- OS version and name: <!MacOS Mojave 10.14.1 Beta>

Issue
any time I try to run a command using hyper (whatever) it fails.
Updating plugins also fails, with this error message.
I've done everything I can think of to solve the issue, but it doesn't work.
