Byobu Fn keys not working on Windows

• I am on the latest Hyper.app version

• I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate

• OS version and name: Windows 10 Creator Update

• Hyper.app version: 1.3.3

• Link of a Gist with the contents of your .hyper.js: Default settings, no plugins

• Relevant information from devtools (CMD+ALT+I on Mac OS, CTRL+SHIFT+I elsewhere): N/A

• The issue is reproducible in vanilla Hyper.app: Is Vanilla

Issue

I cannot use Byobu F2, F3, F4, F5 functions (new window, next window, previous window, repaint current window). F6 (soft-exit) and F8 (rename) works, however.
I have tried byobu from an ssh session into a Ubuntu 16.04 box, doesn't work.
I have tried byobu on bash on Ubuntu on Windows, doesn't work.
I have tried byobu on Ubuntu inside a docker container, doesn't work either.
I have tried both screen & tmux mode for byobu, none work.

No source files or tests are named. Reproduce on Windows 10 with Hyper 1.3.3, using Byobu in both screen and tmux modes across the reported environments, and compare F2–F5 with the working F6 and F8 keys. Done means the four reported function keys perform their Byobu actions.
